Axa completes sale of Axa Singapore to HSBC Insurance for $529mn

Axa has completed the sale of Axa Insurance Pte (Axa Singapore) to HSBC Insurance (Asia-Pacific) Holdings Ltd for a total cash consideration of $569mn, as the carrier looks to simplify its business.
