Dollar treads water ahead of Powell testimony; Aussie slips By Ankur Banerjee SINGAPORE (Reuters) - The U.S. dollar was tentative on Tuesday ahead of testimony before Congress by Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, while the Aussie slid after the Reserve Bank of Australia hinted that it might nearly be done with monetary tightening. The Australian dollar eased to a more than two-month low of $0.6690 and was last down 0.45% at $0.6702 as the central bank
