Singapore releases guidelines covering all stages of e-commerce transactions

Launched by Enterprise Singapore and Singapore Standards Council, the Technical Reference 76 provides a checklist for online retailers that spans the entire transaction cycle, including delivery, product tracking, payment, returns, and exchange.
