Singapore property auction success rate hits record highs since 2011

The success rate was at 9.5%, equivalent to a total gross sales value of S$90.3m in 2022. According to a report by Knight Frank, auction listings decreased 19.5% q-o-q to 99 listings (including repeat listings and excluding properties sold outside of auction) in Q4 2022, rounding off the year with a total of 420 listings.
